5:30 PM Mellow Vinyasa
Embrace the cosmic embrace of a planetarium as you flow through a rejuvenating standing yoga sequence, honoring the essence of motherhood on this special day. This will be a more dynamic practice, with mellow bath of loving light to allow relaxing visuals during your vinyasa flow, concluding with a powerful star gazing meditation.
7:00 PM Restful Yinyasa
Immerse yourself in a dark tranquil yoga experience under the stars, surrounded by the cosmic wonders of a planetarium, as you celebrate Mother's Day with gentle movements and soothing breaths.
We will find sanctuary in our fusion yoga class, where the soothing embrace of restorative poses intertwines with the deep surrender of Yin postures, guiding you towards profound relaxation and inner balance.
All levels are welcomed and encouraged! Also feel free to bring your own props if you'd like.
Please bring your yoga mat and a smile. Check in begins at 5:00 PM, please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to practice. for our 5:30 PM restorative session. Check in begins at 6:45 PM for our 7 PM session.
