Pop Up Prana Yoga is excited to announce our NEW collaboration with the Riverhead Aquarium. As one of Long Island's top 5 most popular attractions, we look forward to elevating your practice to new heights! By attending this pop up, you will introduce your practice to the calming nature of the ocean to elevate your asana. By implementing "soundscaping", we synchronize music that matches your environment by combining "sight, sound and science" to push your practice to new depths. Our bodies crave connection to nature, and by introducing musical elements which match our environment, we achieve greater benefit from our practice.
