About the event
I am excited to announce our first Pop Up Prana Yoga event is finally here! There are limited spots available, so be sure to book your Fall Foliage Flow today. We'll be practicing inside Benner's Barn located at the farm. If we're lucky and have optimal weather, we'll practice on the grand lawn behind the barn by the dahlia patch. Bring your own mat if possible.
