Finally! We are thrilled to share our very first restorative practice at the Bates House meant to realign your practice with a carefully crafted chakra flow. Check-in is 6:30, practice starts at 7pm and ends at 9 pm. Raffles included!

Welcome our first guest co-teacher, Angela to the Pop Up Prana Yoga family! Angela is trained in Vinyasa style yoga with an emphasis on a gentle flow. With her interest in essential oils, she has combined the two into a relaxing restorative class that will help align the body’s seven chakras as we approach spring! Join us for an evening of channeling our energies as we relax and reenergize!
