Candlelight Chakra Restorative

We are thrilled to bring back our chakra restorative yoga practice at the Bates House. Our practice is meant to realign your essence with a carefully crafted chakra flow. Our collective intention is to instill balance to all chakras while bathing in colors that compliment each chakra during our restorative, all level yoga practice. We will begin our journey from our root chakra, immersing our energy in red imagery arming you with charka specific mantras, while concluding your practice with stunning white, crown provoking colors synced to our crystal singing bowl. Check-in is 6:30, practice starts at 7pm and ends at 9 pm. Raffles included!
