Fall Equinox Sunset Flow at the Vanderbilt
Pop Up Prana Yoga, in collaboration with the Vanderbilt Museum, is honored to host a special Fall Equinox Sunset Yoga session on the Great Lawn overlooking beautiful Northport Harbor.
Check-in begins at 5:30 PM for our 6:00 PM practice.

This open-level practice will focus on themes of balance and transition — supporting you as we shift from the expansiveness of summer into the grounding energy of autumn.
