First Vanderbilt Museum Sunset Yoga Flow & 50th Pop Up Celebration!

We are thrilled to welcome back our mobile yoga community! Due to inclement weather, we are hosting Pop Up Prana Yoga in collaboration with the Vanderbilt Museum will host our very first sunset yoga series kick off Friday May 28th AND June 12th for those that would like to postpone their attendance. To promote our 50th mobile event, we are offering something extra special! Big thank you to Lucky to Live Here and Plantwise for their suppor and contributions! Kickoff your weekend with a beautiful view on the great lawn overlooking Northport Harbor. Note all props and mats will be provided upon request. This is an open level yoga practice, if you are new to the practice, feel free to join us! If you're an advanced yogi and seek growth, no worries! You will be given an opportunity to shine and improvise your own variations throughout the session. 

Check in begins at 6:30 PM to prepare for the 7:00 PM yoga session. The duration of the class will be one hour, with a 10 minute meditation. Class ends at 8:00 PM. Rain dates will be determined as the event approaches. Note tickets are non-refundable.
