We are offering TWO FREE morning session this Saturday. Our first session is an All Level, beginner friendly yoga class at 10 AM via Zoom below, followed by an advanced yoga session from 11 AM - 12 PM. Be sure to use the following Meeting ID and Password:

CLASS DESCRIPTION: Vinyasa ( translates to “flowing with breath”) is a dynamic style of Hatha yoga which joins physical postures, or asanas, with inhales and exhales, creating a steady internal rhythm for the practice. Our Flow classes are designed to cultivate heat in the body with creative sequences involving sun salutations, standing and seated postures, back bending, optional arm balancing, and a strong focus on the power of breath awareness. Our Morning Flow yoga class will be complimented with gentle music. Our morning offering will be a slower paced flow, to accommodate all levels from beginner to advanced. Coming from the video conferencing and AV industry, I will begin our session discussing remote best practices for an optimal experience for all of our participants.

Advanced session offered to yoga students that practice yoga for multiple years and continues to practice at least twice a week. Feel free to register for both yoga sessions to build flexibility and heat in preparation for advanced variations offered during this session.
