We are back for another journey through the solar system! Allow yourself to be carried into other energy systems during our guided meditation. Our 60 minute meditation will be complemented with sound healing music and a crystal singing bowl. Don't miss our final spring event at the Planetarium.

About the event
Pop Up Prana Yoga and the Vanderbilt Museum are back to offer our celestial meditation. Be sure to sign up in advance to secure your seat. This event sells out very quickly!
Join just for a journey through the solar system and allow yourself to be carried into other energy systems during our guided meditation at the Planetarium, or now more commonly called the Meditarium!
We will lead you into a profound and memorable meditative state, which will surely differ from our last! Our 60 minute state-shifting practice will be complemented by a vibro-acoustic sound healing playlist similar to our prior event, featuring tunes designed by sound therapists with the objection to reduce overall anxiety and stress. Did we mention we will offer aromatherapy samples and conclude our practice crystal singing bowl? Capacity is limited, so be sure to book your ticket in advance!
Gates open at 5:15 for check-in and the meditation program begins promptly at 6:00 pm. Please arrive on time. No entry after 6:05 PM.
