Meditation Under the Stars at the Planetarium

We're back for another Meditation at the Vanderbilt Planetarium meditation to promote much needed "you time" so that you can set aside from your hectic day. This event is for you! 

Join just for a journey through the solar system and allow yourself to be carried into other energy systems during our guided meditation at the Planetarium, or now more commonly called the Meditarium! 

We will lead you into a profound and memorable meditative state, which will surely differ from our last! Our 60 minute state-shifting practice will be complemented by a vibro-acoustic sound healing playlist similar to our prior event, featuring tunes designed by sound therapists with the objection to reduce overall anxiety and stress.  Due to popular demand and for select few, we will offer guided meditations on your yoga mat, subject to capacity. Reach out to us after booking your ticket. Did we also we mention we will offer aromatherapy samples and conclude our practice crystal singing bowl? Capacity is limited, so be sure to book your ticket in advance! 

Gates open at 5:15 for check-in and the meditation program begins promptly at 6:00 pm. Please arrive on time. No entry after 6:00 PM.
