About the event
Looking for a new perspective? Turn your world upside down and learn to fly at our very FIRST outdoor aerial yoga pop up in Calverton, New York. All levels are welcome. We will explore the benefits of suspended yoga to promote spinal decompression, length and proper alignmnet techniques with our special anti-gravity yoga instructor, Kelly Hinshaw. There will be three sessions offered at the Long Island Sports Park. 9 AM, 11 AM & 1 PM for the duration of 1 hour and 30 minutes for each session offered. Spots are limited, so be sure to register in advance!
