About the event

Looking for some  inspiration or an uplifting perspective? Perhaps an opportunity to develop inner strength? Pop Up Prana Yoga and the Vanderbilt Museum are excited to introduce this new  inspirational mindful meditation synced with guided imagery to help you on your inner path of perfection. We will thread philosophies from the greatest  philosophers of our time from the depth of purpose by Alan Watts, to the practice of bridging mindful connections in the medical community by Jon Kabat Zinn. We will explore the application of mindfulness in everyday life. Astrology dictates that October 19th is perfect moment to get calm and cultivate your inner strength, so why not make the most of this special day?

Through this journey, we will promote harmony and balance to your perspectives on life. As always, our 60 minute state-shifting practice will be complemented by a vibro-acoustic sound healing playlist with the objection to reduce overall anxiety and stress, leaving you in a profound and memorably meditative state.

Allow yourself to be carried into other energy systems during our guided meditation at the Planetarium, or now more commonly called the Meditarium. Capacity is limited, so be sure to book your ticket in advance, this event sells out very quickly! No yoga mats required. This will take place in the planetarium seats as an interactive guided meditation.

Gates open at 5:15 for check-in and the meditation program begins promptly at 6:00 pm. Please arrive on time. No entry after 6:05 PM.

We look forward to seeing you there!
