Transition through dynamic Vinyasa sequences, synchronized with your breath and celestial visuals, culminating in empowering peak poses like Warrior or Tree Pose. As you cool down with restorative stretches, the dome transforms into a serene star-filled expanse, guiding you to a peaceful Savasana where you float among the stars. End with a grounding meditation and gentle stretches under a tranquil night sky. This unique experience fosters unity with the universe, leaving you grounded yet uplifted.
