About Nick
Nick first began practicing in his early twenties while playing in a full time metal band. After leaving music as a profession, Nick signed up for a 200hr teacher training with Always-At-Aum in 2014 seeking to deepen his practice and get some perspective on what his next chapter in life would look. After graduating from training and teaching part time for a few years, Nick took his 200hr second training with Dharma Mittra in 2016. After graduating Nick became a full time Yoga Instructor, finished his 500hr training with Always-At-Aum and started assisting in facilitating Teacher Trainings. Nick is a student first, always seeking to deepen his own practice by studying with various teachers of different methods and living a life informed by Yogic philosophy to the best of his ability. His classes consist of a diverse combination of classical Yoga postures and techniques like Pranayama, as well as modern movement practices and meditation. While Nick hopes to create an open environment where students can get what they want out of his classes, he ultimately hopes to give them tools that will help them live with more clarity and vigor.
Please bring your yoga mat and a smile. Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to practice.
