Soak in the golden glow of late summer with an intentionally paced sunset flow designed for warm August evenings. As the sun lowers and the harbor breeze begins to settle, we’ll move through a steady, mindful practice that honors the heat while inviting ease into the body while inviting ease in a beautiful Rose Garden setting.
We’re leaning into full sensory relaxation this session: hand-rolled lavender essential oil to calm the mind, chilled refreshing towels to cool and reset, and an extended closing meditation to let it all sink in as the sun dips below the horizon.
