About the event
Soak in the golden glow of September with an intentionally paced sunset flow and carefully crafted Yoga Nidra with Sound Healing. As the sun lowers and the harbor breeze begins to settle, we’ll move through a steady, mindful practice while inviting ease into the body in a beautiful Rose Garden setting. We'll then dive into our Yoga Nidra with blended essential oils and singning bowl.
We’re leaning into full sensory relaxation this workshop with hand-rolled lavender essential oil to calm the mind, chilled refreshing towels to cool and reset, and an extended closing Yoga Nidra to let it all sink in as the sun dips below the horizon.
