Special Summer Solstice Yoga Flow (Rain Date June 28th)

Pop Up Prana Yoga in collaboration with the Vanderbilt Museum will host our FIRST summer solstice event to pay tribute to our first day of summer (and the longest day of the year!) Friday June 28th, 2019. This special pop up will take place in the Rose Garden next to the Planetarium. Note that capacity is limited by the garden, and payment in advance will prioritize your spot and secure your reservation for the workshop. Also, all props and mats will be provided upon request. This is an open level yoga practice, if you are new to the practice, feel free to join us! Advanced yogis will also be offered may variations to challenge their practice. You will be given an opportunity to shine and improvise your own variations throughout the session.

Check in begins at 6:30 PM to prepare for the 7:00 PM yoga session. The duration of the class will be one hour, with a 15/20 minute meditation. Class ends approximately 8:15 PM. Rain dates will be determined as the event approaches. Note tickets are non-refundable.
