About the Event

Join us for a complimentary all level yoga practice at the new GLE Performance athletic center in Hauppauge. This practice will be flexibility and cardio focused, with the incorporation of athletic postures & movements. Our goal is to use our breath while challenging your "edge" through lengthening & strengthening underdeveloped muscle groups. In our daily lives as well as our sports routines, we tend to move our body in certain repetitive patterns. Over time, these patterns can produce deficits & dysfunction. We will introduce you to basic awareness of how to address your potential deficits, improve flexibility and strengthen to improve posture and balance. If you're interested in a dynamic stretch-oriented practice, this is for you!
