Pop Up Prana Yoga, in collaboration with the Vanderbilt Museum, is thrilled to welcome you to a special Summer Solstice Sunset Yoga session on the Great Lawn overlooking beautiful Northport Harbor.
Check-in begins at 6:30 PM for our 7:00 PM practice.
Honor the longest day of the year with an energizing open-air yoga experience as the sun sets over the harbor and golden light fills the sky.
This all-levels Solstice Flow is designed to celebrate light, vitality, and expansion. Together, we’ll move through a dynamic, sun-inspired sequence that builds warmth, strength, and steady breath — embracing the fullness of summer energy while staying grounded and intentional.
New to yoga? You are warmly welcome. Experienced and looking to deepen your edge? You’ll be invited to explore creative variations and expressive movement throughout the flow.
