Wine Infused Yoga

In partnership with The Adventure Group and the Riverhead Commerce Department's Winterfest, Pop Up Prana is hosting Wine Infused Yoga. Wine & Yoga is the perfect way to unWined. Namaste Rosé sippers! Yes, you will be sipping your wine while striking a pose during your yoga flow. Specialty poses will be used to enhance your meditative tasting experience, to mindfully savor your wine while infusing the careful practice of yoga. Find fun loving harmony in your flow while balancing a glass in hand. This class will be taught in a bar/ lounge environment, so bring a friend to de-stress after a long work week or your partner in crime for your fun filled adventure. All classes are taught by a professional yoga instructor to prevent wine spillage, after all why waste good wine? ;)

This is a fun event; Bring a smile, your favorite bottle of wine, fun themed wine glass, yoga mat, bottle of water and sense of adventure! Top noche raffles and light snacks are included. Peruse local vendors while sipping on your preselected glass of wine. It's a twist to your yoga practice and is meant to be fun and light-hearted.

This is a beginner level 50 minute class, 10 minute meditation with an additional 30 minutes to finish off your last bit of wine in the company of friends. It's a perfect night out and a great intro for that nontraditional yoga person in your life. Check in is 6:30. Arrive 15 minutes prior for optimal mat selection!
